Refund Policy
To request a return, please contact me within seven days of delivery using the contact form on this website.
My refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, I can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and you must be able to provide proof of purchase.
Non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Commissions
- Items purchased from a third party
- Sale items
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, I will notify you by email. I will let you know if the refund has been approved or not soon after this. If approved, you will automatically be refunded via your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process any refund.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless your item is being returned due to it arriving to you in a damaged condition.
Damages
Please check your item once it has been delivered and contact me immediately if your item is damaged in any way. If the item was damaged in transit, please send me photos as proof and I will issue you with either a replacement or a refund.
Please ensure that you check and use the correct delivery address before submitting your order. Orders lost due to being sent to an incorrect or former address that you have supplied will not be refunded.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
