Gelli printing workshop at Worrall Community Hall

Saturday 11th October 2025 1pm – 4pm.

Come and do Gelli printing with me! I’ve had so many people ask me about Gelli printing and so I’m delighted to offer this workshop where we can experiment with textures, colours, shapes and patterns to our hearts content.

Gelli printing is a relatively new technique. The soft surface of the gelatine like plate is great for creating really exciting textures and patterns. I’ll be sharing the techniques I like to use, building up colourful layers of texture and pattern to produce bold one-off prints.

This is a 3 hour workshop which will be enough time to experiment with techniques, produce a few different designs, and at the end of the session you will have some beautiful original art work to take home.

All equipment and materials including A4 sized Gelli plates provided and no previous experience necessary. If you have your own ‘Gelli Plate’ you’d like to bring that is great.

Bring an apron or wear clothes that can get messy.
